On Thursday, September 29th, the Rhode Island chapter of March of Dimes will host its annual Signature Chefs Auction. 25 of Rhode Island’s most talented chefs will come together to create an unforgettable feast. There will also be opportunities to bid on personal culinary experiences with the chefs. These passionate chefs are putting their best foot forward to help raise money to fund The March of Dimes mission—to give all babies a healthy start.

 

Your generosity will fund research, education, advocacy, and programs that help more moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies. This year’s event is co-chaired by Ellen Slattery of Gracie’s and David Dadekian of Eat Drink RI. Among the chefs participating are Chef Melissa Denmark, who will be representing Ellie’s Bakery, and Chef Matthew Varga, who will be representing Gracie’s. This year we will be honoring Chef Rick Allaire of Metacom Kitchen for his passion and excellence. This is a cause that we hold near and dear to our hearts. Please join us in working together to give all babies a chance at life.
