Inside Gracie’s Wine World – Belle Pente Vineyards

We will be featuring Belle Pente Vineyards and their Single Vineyard Pinot Noir. This wine comes from the eponymously named Belle Pente Vineyard. Oregon makes some of the most iconic Pinot’s in the United States and Belle Pente is no exception. Named for the hill their vineyards are located on in Yamhill-Carlton (Belle Pente means beautiful slope) their 70 acres of vineyards have been producing wine since the late ’90s. Established by Jill and Brian O’Donnell Belle Pente focuses on wines made from Pinot Noir in their gravity flow-based winery. Meaning there is little pump over or aggressive handling of the juices.

We will be featuring their Belle Pente Vineyard Pinot which comes from their estate vineyards in Yamhill-Carlton, known for featuring notes of Pine, Blueberries, and Violets. This wine is known for showcasing the essence of the Yamhill-Carlton District.
